I can't take it anymore! At this point if I could rip the front half of my face off and clean it out I would. I don't know if it is allergies, infection, or what! All I know is nothing is working to help me. I can't take it much longer. I might have to break down, see a doctor and pay some inflated amount of money to see him. This sucks!

Clean out infection from sinuses by making a mild saline solution from about a half teaspoon of salt and a cup of warm (not hot or cold) water. Get one of those rubber squeeze bulbs that you use to suction out mucus from the baby's nose and suck up the saline solution with it. Insert the instrument into a nostril and squeeze hard. You want to get the solution up into your sinus cavity. Do it over the sink! Out runs all the bad junk. Do both sides of the nose. It is pretty gross but my doctor showed this to me and it works great for removing the mucus and clearing up the old sinuses! Worth a try before you head to the doctor.
